Energy Compliance
Complete ASHRAE 90.1 and California Title 24 energy compliance modeling and documentation. We produce permit-ready packages using IESVE — the same tool we've used for over a decade across laboratory, higher education, and commercial projects. Familiar with South Bay and greater LA authority-having-jurisdiction (AHJ) processes.

Schematic MEP Design
30% schematic mechanical and plumbing design for new construction and major renovations. Includes a basis-of-design narrative, equipment layouts, preliminary load calculations, and enough detail for early cost estimating. Particularly experienced with labs, vivariums, and fume hood-intensive facilities — environments where air quality, pressurization, and exhaust design are non-negotiable.
